Return & Refund Policy
We have a NO return policy, which means all sales are final once goods are delivered.
We only accept cancellations within 48 hours of an order being placed and under incredibly limited circumstances. In the event of a refund you will receive 92% back of your orders subtotal after discounts if purchase was completed using a debit/credit card. 88% back of your orders subtotal after discounts if purchase was completed using PayPal. The additional 8%-12% we withhold towards our payment processing service providers this fee includes the initial surcharge to process your initial payment and the additional surcharge we are billed to refund your order chargeback. All AFTERPAY orders are non-refundable no matter the circumstance.
Damages and issues
Proof Of Purchase is Required via an order #, Images showing the damage/error and we reserve the right to ask for your billing credit statement if needed.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within no longer than 7 days of receiving your item, in the event it arrived defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have the options to receive a full refund, exchange or replacement towards the damaged good.
Scuffed, dented, dinged, ripped boxes are not defined as a damaged good as our vendors will not accept our return either. For the exception of our NECA action figures we will not accept any returns if your item arrives with a damaged box. As the figure will not lose any value if the box is damaged. A boxes intention is to protect the figure never the box itself. Not unless a box has water damage will we replace the box.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If you have the option to receive a replacement and refuse to accept a replacement item we will only reimburse 88-92% of your orders subtotal. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too typically 24-72 hours.
(CAM)
We utilize Covert Authentication Marks (CAM) on all home decorative and collectible figures. A non-visible, UV-reactive authentication mark applied during inspection to verify original point of sale and prevent fraudulent returns. All items are sold brand new and unused but are opened, inspected and authentication marked to avoid shipping any damaged goods while also to prevent buyer fraud.
