We are a small business and only order figures based on pre-order demand and specific quantities ordered specifically by you. We do our best to NOT keep extra stock on hand. We are not profitable unless we sell all our inventory. Understand that when you are ordering a figure we as a business must order multiple units. Take this into consideration when ordering and then choosing to cancel an order. We reserve the right to no longer service any first time offender for all future orders.

We do not accept any cancellations after 48 hours of an order being placed and there are transaction fees associated with the cancellation of any order within 48 hours. If you complete your order before applying any discount codes or rewards points we are not able to refund any order that has already been submitted and paid for. Once you commit to purchasing a figure/decorative piece you're making a financial commitment. You understand that from the moment you place an order the turn around time before it arrives to you is 5-15 business days for all IN-STOCK figures. Not unless your unit has taken over 30 days to arrive from the expected ship date, should you find the need to contact us. We have NEVER forgotten or lost any orders. We have maintained a 100% customer satisfaction rate since 2018.

*NOTE that upon ordering any collectible figure/decorative unit there is a slight chance it may be sold-out via our vendor. Within hours/three business days of ordering we will verify if we either have your item in stock or if we must order your item. There is a slight chance that your item may be SOLD-OUT via our distributors. If this is the case we will communicate with you within the allotted time and immediately refund your purchase with no transaction penalty's.

We ask that you have compassion and grace in the matter and that you DO NOT leave negative feedback on EBAY. This effects our seller score gravely. We sell over 10,000 collectible figures, and home decorative's and they are limited within their release. Our product's are sold via our various platforms. Our stock numbers take days before they configure accordingly and items can sell out. To avoid any disappointment always secure your purchase months in advance once pre-orders become available.

We utilize Covert Authentication Marks (CAM) on all home decorative and collectible figures. A non-visible, UV-reactive authentication mark applied during inspection to verify original point of sale and prevent fraudulent returns. All items are sold brand new and unused but are opened, inspected and authentication marked to avoid shipping any damaged goods while also to prevent buyer fraud from returns that were never sold through Enchanting Unboxing. We also place our branded peelable logo stick on all our product manufacturer packaging. For the exception of Action Figures & Plushies all our merchandise has a branded logo sticker.

Scuffed, dented, dinged, ripped boxes are not defined as a damaged goods as our vendors will not accept our return either. For the exception of our Action Figures we will not accept any returns if your item arrives with a damaged box. As the figure will not lose any value if the box is damaged. A boxes intention is to protect the figure never the box itself. Not unless a box has water damage directly correlated with weather conditions after our investigation is complete will a box/item be replaced.
